Pemaksaan syariat islam semakin hari bertambah berani. Padahal itu menyalahi ideologi negara. Islam tentu boleh berkembang. Undang-undang menjaminnya. Sama seperti agama yang lain. Tetapi eksklusifitas keislaman adalah adalah ancaman bagi kelangsungan negara bhineka ini.
Indonesia telah kalah di Aceh. Perda jauh lebih berkuasa dari ideologi negara. Konservatisme tafsir saklek onta gurun tetap dipakai di zaman jet tempur. Orang-orang dicambuk seperti budak. Laki-laki bercelana pendek dirazia. Apalagi perempuannya.
Mereka ngotot mengatakan itu perintah agama. Firman adiluhung yang wajib dipatuhi. Padahal itu kegagalan neocortex mereka dalam mencerna ayat suci, untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sosial. Itu adalah ketidakmampuan mereka memahami perintah agama.
Hari ini, sebenarnya negara tidak hanya kalah di Aceh. Di setiap bagian wilayah NKRI telah terjajah ideologi konservatif yang berbahaya. Hal-hal kecil yang dianggap remeh. Padahal itu adalah awal dari sebuah pembusukan. Penjajahan kebudayaan dan pemaksaan tafsir tunggal.
Di sebuah wilayah di Jawa Tengah ada perumahan islam. Setiap kegiatan sosial dipaksakan sesuai syariat islam. Syariat versi mereka. Di pos satpam pada perumahan tertutup itu, disediakan jilbab. Anak-anak kecil yang belum baligh diwajibkan berjilbab. Perempuan tua yang mestinya sudah lepas jilbab juga diwajibkan mengenakannya.

Kekejaman pembunuhan itu digambarkan dengan begitu menyayat dalam epos. Karena peristiwa itulah, Ratu Kalinyamat tapa telanjang di gunung Danaraja, Jepara.
Bergerak ke zaman penjajahan Belanda, ada seorang dedengkot Wahabi bernama Imam Bonjol. Ia memaksakan syariat Islam pada orang-orang Sumatera Barat. Mereka mengancam, merusak, membunuh. Orang-orang Minangkabau akhirnya melawan.

Sejarah di atas itu menggarisbawahi, aksi konservatisme tak bisa dilawan dengan kelembutan. Bibit pembusukan itu harus mulai dicegah dari sekarang. Pemerintah memang telah membubarkan HTI, tapi tak berani menyegel sekolah-sekolah radikal. Tak punya kuasa membuka segel perumahan islam, rumah sakit syariat, gang yang mewajibkan berjilbab.
Di sepuluh universitas negeri terbesar, menurut Setara Institute, radikalisme tumbuh subur. Mereka tidak hanya menguasai masjid, tapi juga struktur kemahasiswaan. Semua ruang publik, sampai lorong asrama diislamisasi. Setelah HTI tumbang, sekarang ini Tarbiyah (PKS) mengambil alih kendali. Kelompok ini menentukan dari hulu sampai hilir terhadap kegiatan mahasiswa. Dari melek mata sampai tidur lagi.
Bahkan menurut laporan Setara, infiltrasi ajaran mereka sudah masuk SMP-SMA. Anak-anak ini sudah dikader sejak mereka masih dini. Indonesia tinggal menunggu waktu menjadi negara Islam.
Sekarang adalah waktu yang paling tepat untuk menyudahi ancaman pemaksaan syariat ini. Pemerintah jangan lembek dan buta-tuli. Mumpung masih banyak orang waras yang akan mendukung pembersihan itu. Karena 20 tahun lagi, Indonesia yang kita bayangkan bhineka ini barangkali sudah tidak ada lagi.

Orang-orang yang memaksa orang lain berjilbab juga harus diberi sanksi. Tidak boleh ada kata “wajib” yang berarti memaksa orang lain. Padahal itu hanya tafsir mereka. Tafsir lain menyebut jilbab tidak wajib. Perbuatan pemaksaan itu seperti mendirikan negara di dalam negara.
Hanya dengan ketegasan, semua ancaman itu akan berakhir. Menteri Agama dan Menteri Pendidikan kita yang lembek itu memang tak bisa berbuat apa-apa. Maklum saja, sejatinya itu kursi politik untuk memberi jatah NU dan Muhamadiyah. Tradisi buruk yang terus dilanggengkan.
Kita perlu orang-orang tegas yang berani membuat terobosan. Bukan tampang Muhadjir Effendy dan Lukman Hakim. Manusia-manusia lembek yang hanya bisa bikin pidato. Tapi ketika melihat parahnya pemaksaan syariat islam, mereka berdua buta-bisu-tuli. Indonesia yang dicabik-cabik sedemikian rupa malah hanya ditonton dari kejauhan.
