1. MPR sukses meluncurkan program ‘MPR Peduli Lawan COVID-19’ dengan menggelar konser amal secara virtual bertajuk Berbagi Kasih Bersama Bimbo pada Minggu (17/5) malam. Konser yang dibuka Presiden Jokowi dan disiarkan 6 stasiun TV ini terselenggara atas kerjasama MPR dengan BPIP, Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19, BNPB, Kadin dan beberapa instansi lainnya.
Dana yang terkumpul dari konser amal ini sekitar Rp 4 miliar dan akan disumbangkan seluruhnya untuk para seniman, para pekerja seni, dan juga kelompok masyarakat lain yang membutuhkan. Dalam konser ini, sepeda motor listrik ‘Gesits’ yang ditandatangani Presiden Joko Widodo laku dilelang Rp 2,550 miliar. Motor tersebut jatuh ke tangan pengusaha asal Jambi bernama M Nuh mengalahkan Gabriele Mowengkang seorang pengusaha Manado yang mengajukan penawaran Rp 2,5 miliar, Maruara Sirait Rp 2,2 miliar, serta Warren Tanoe Soedibyo Rp 1,550 miliar.
Ketua MPR Bambang Soesatyo didampingi Ketua KADIN Indonesia Rosan Roeslani naik ke panggung untuk memotivasi pelelangan sepeda motor listrik yang pernah dikemudikan Presiden Jokowi, mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang ikut bergotong royong dalam penggalangan dana tersebut. ‘’
2. Presiden Jokowi dalam sambutannya mengajak seluruh elemen bangsa untuk bersatu padu melawan pandemi corona. “Kita bangsa yang besar, bangsa yang tangguh, bangsa yang kuat, dan itu sudah kita buktikan dari sekian banyak pengalaman sejarah dan pembuktian sejarah kita,” kata Jokowi dalam konser virtual yang ditayangkan langsung TVRI dan direlay sejumlah TV nasional, Minggu (17/5) malam.
Jokowi ingin bangsa Indonesia kompak menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Jokowi yakin Indonesia bisa, termasuk soal urusan saling membantu. “Marilah kita tunjukkan kepada dunia bahwa kita mampu menghadapi pandemi COVID ini. Mampu juga menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa serta mampu menunjukkan betapa pedulinya kita kepada sesama terutama yang terkena dampak COVID,” ujar Jokowi.
Sedangkan Presiden RI ke-5, Megawati Soekarnoputri mengajak seluruh elemen bangsa bersatu melawan virus Corona. Mega mengatakan gotong royong sudah tertanam dalam jiwa bangsa Indonesia.
“Pandemi COVID-19 harus kita hadapi bersama, seluruh elemen bangsa harus bersatu mengatasinya, sejatinya kita adalah bangsa dengan jiwa gotong royong,” kata Megawati dalam pidato yang berapi-api.
3. Ketua Komite I DPD RI, Agustin Teras Narang menilai, rencana KPU melanjutkan tahapan Pilkada Serentak 2020 pada 6 Juni mendatang, terlampau berani dan terlalu optimis, begitu juga pemerintah dan DPR, dalam hal ini Komisi II DPR yang membidangi masalah dalam negeri.
Senator asal Kalteng itu menilai, keputusan pemerintah, DPR dan KPU untuk menunda Pilkada serentak 2020 menjadi tanggal 9 Desember 2020 tidaklah bijaksana. Ada kesan seolah-olah KPU hanya memperhatikan salah satu sektor saja yakni masalah anggaran tanpa mempertimbangkan cara lain untuk mengamankan anggaran Pilkada 2020.
Mantan Ketua Komisi Hukum DPR ini khawatir bila Pilkada digelar tersebut pada waktu tersebut, bisa memicu menyebarnya wabah pandemi Covid 19 di tanah air, terutama di provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota yang melaksanakan Pilkada serentak tersebut. Ia menyarankan agar diberi jedah waktu kepada rakyat untuk menjaga dirinya sesuai protokol kesehatan Covid 19. Karena akibat pandemi Covid 19, banyak rakyat yang menderita baik dari sisi kesehatan, ekonomi, maupun keuangan.
Komisioner KPU Pramono Ubaid Tanthowi mengatakan, tahapan Pilkada serentak 2020 bisa dilanjutkan pada 6 Juni 2020 jika memenuhi dua syarat. Yakni pertama, harus ada kepastian penanganan pandemi Covid-19 selesai. Kedua, perlunya PKPU tentang Penyelenggaraan Pilkada Dalam Keadaan Bencana.
“Jadi catatan pertama untuk soal kepastian waktu, dan catatan kedua terkait tata cara penyelenggaraannya,” kata Pramono sembari menambahkan, ‘’ Untuk memulai kembali tahapan tersebut, KPU akan mengaktifkan kembali badan penyelenggara ad hoc, yakni Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) dan Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS).’’
Menkes Terawan Agus Putranto menyarankan agar tahapan Pilkada 2020 dilanjutkan setelah status pandemi Covid-19 dicabut oleh badan kesehatan dunia ( WHO). “Saya hanya sekadar masukan, setelah situasi pandemi dunia dicabut oleh WHO, tidak pandemi lagi, mungkin kita baru melakukan tahapan Pilkada 2020,” ujar Terawan.
Terawan mengingatkan, kondisi saat ini bukan sekadar bencana atau keadaan darurat nonalam saja, tetapi pandemi dunia sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan apakah perencanaan tahapan kedua dilakukan setelah pandemi dunia dicabut WHO? Soalnya kalau pandemi yang ditetapkan WHO belum berhenti, rasanya masih unpredictable.
Anggota Bawaslu Mochammad Afifuddin mengatakan, ada sejumlah hal yang rawan terjadi jika pilkada 2020 digelar di tengah masa pandemi Covid-19. Ancamannya bukan hanya politik uang, netralitas aparatur negara (ASN), tetapi juga keselamatan penyelenggara Pilkada dan pemilih.
“Jadi selain kerawanan netralitas ASN dan politik uang, ada kerawanan yang bisa menimpa semua orang yaitu soal keselamatan penyelenggara dan pemilih. Bahkan, meskipun tahapan pilkada 2020 sedang ditunda, Bawaslu menemukan potensi pelanggaran oleh kepala daerah calon petahana melalui modus penyaluran bantuan social,’’ kata Afifuddin.
Anggota Bawaslu lainnya, Ratna Dewi Pettalolo meminta masyarakat lebih waspada terhadap praktik politik uang menjelang Pilkada 2020. Pasalnya, di tengah melemahnya kondisi ekonomi Indonesia akibat pandemi Covid-19, politik uang menjadi praktik yang lebih rawan terjadi.
Ratna mengatakan, praktik politik uang menjadi pekerjaan rumah yang berat bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat dan penyelenggara pilkada. Namun, ia meyakinkan, Bawaslu akan terus melakukan tindakan pencegahan.
Pengamat politik Universitas Paramadina Djayadi Hanan menilai, calon kepala daerah petahana sangat diuntungkan bila hari pemungutan suara pilkada digelar pada Desember 2020. Pasalnya, dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19, petahana yang kini masih menjabat sebagai kepala daerah dapat menunjukkan kontribusinya dalam penanganan wabah.
Hal ini dapat menjadi modal untuk menarik perhatian pemilih. Sebaliknya, calon kepala daerah yang non petahana kesulitan untuk melakukan kampanye diri. ‘’Dalam situasi wabah seperti ini, masyarakat akan menilai kinerja kepala daerah mereka dalam penanganan Covid-19. Di saat yang bersamaan, calon petahana tak ingin menyia-nyiakan kesempatan. Mereka memanfaatkan momentum ini untuk menghimpun suara pemilih,’’ ujarnya.
Peneliti Kode Inisiatif Ihsan Maulana menilai, partisipasi masyarakat pada penyelenggaraan Pilkada Serentak 2020 sulit tercapai, sekalipun tahapan pelaksanaannya telah diputuskan untuk diundur. Pasalnya, masyarakat akan lebih fokus pada pemulihan kondisi ekonomi mereka dibandingkan dengan kontestasi politik di tingkat daerah.
“Masyarakat lakukan perbaikan atau ada jeda dari pandemi Covid-19 menjadi kondisi yang normal. Apakah bisa tercapai bila dalam pandemi itu masih dalam kondisi bangkit ekonomi. Menurut saya tidak akan tercapai,” kata Ihsan dalam diskusi virtual, Minggu (17/5).
Peneliti Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Arya Fernandes menilai, pandemi Covid-19 menguntungkan calon kepala daerah petahana dalam pilkada 2020. Sebab, petahana berkesempatan untuk memanfaatkan program bantuan penanganan Covid-19 yang disalurkan pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk mendapatkan perhatian pemilih. Sementara itu, penantang petahana tak punya akses terhadap hal tersebut.
“Distribusi bantuan sosial bisa membuat kompetisi menjadi tidak fair jadinya. Terutama bagi penantang atau new comer karena mereka tidak punya akses terhadap distrubusi bantuan itu,” kata Arya dalam sebuah diskusi daring yang digelar Minggu (17/5).
Direktur Eksekutif Perludem Titi Anggraini mendorong KPU menggelar mitigasi risiko pelaksanaan tahapan pilkada di tengah wabah Covid-19. Hal ini penting sebagai dasar penyusunan protokol pelaksanaan pilkada 2020 yang tahapannya akan dimulai pada Juni mendatang.
“Harus dilakukan mitigasi risiko secara komprehensif oleh penyelenggara pemilu menyangkut pelaksanaan tahapan pilkada dan risiko penyebaran Covid-19 akibat menyelenggarakan tahapan pilkada itu,” kata Titi, Minggu (17/5).
4. Presiden Jokowi mengatakan, hingga Sabtu (16/5), belum semua alokasi Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) tersalurkan kepada masyarakat. Baru 15 persen BLT yang tersalurkan, 85 persen sisanya belum terkirim. Sedangkan BST baru terkirim 25 persen, sedangkan 75 persen sisanya belum diterima masyarakat, padhal lebaran kurang seminggu.
Terkait hal tersebut, Jokowi telah meminta Menko PMK, Menteri Desa PDTT untuk mempercepat penyaluran BLT dan BST Desa. “Saya sudah meminta agar disederhanakan dengan memotong prosedurnya. Sehingga masyarakat bisa segera menerima ini,” tutur Jokowi, kemarin.
Presiden Jokowi mengakui masyarakat banyak yang mengeluhkan belum mendapatkan dua jenis bantuan sosial tersebut. Adapun alokasi dana untuk BLT Desa dan BST masing-masing sebesar Rp 600.000 untuk setiap penerima.
Kaum Disabilitas Belum Terima Bansos dari Pemerintah, setidaknya di wilayah Indonesia Bagian Timur. Executive Director Yayasan Plan International Indonesia, Dini Widiastuti mengatakan, Yayasan Plan, penyandang disabilitas merupakan kelompok yang terdampak cukup parah pandemi Covid-19.
“Menurut teman-teman kami di lapangan, bantuan pemerintah belum sampai. Oleh karena itu, kami mendampingi kelompok tersebut untuk bicara dengan pemerintah,” ujar Dini Widiastuti, Minggu (17/5).
Deputi Pencegahan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Pahala Nainggolan menyatakan, banyak pemda yang lalai memperbarui Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) di daerahnya. Padahal, DTKS merupakan data yang seharusnya menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah untuk menyalurkan bantuan sosial di tengah pandemi Covid-19.
“Pemerintah daerah lalai. Jadi DTKS itu harusnya di-update oleh Dinas Sosial setahun dua kali. Tahun lalu dinaikin setahun tiga kali, sekarang setahun 4 kali. Ini datanya (tahun) 2018 hanya 286 pemda yang meng-update, sisanya tidak ada update apapun,” kata Pahala, kemarin.
Tenaga Ahli Utama KSP Donny Gahral Adian meminta pemerintah daerah memperbaharui data penerima Bantuan Sosial ( Bansos), karena masih banyak masyarakat yang perekonomiannya terdampak pandemi Covid-19, namun belum menerima Bansos.
“Jadi memang dinas sosial masing-masing pemerintah kabupaten, kota, dan provinsi harus update data. Data yang dipakai jangan data lama. Pemda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk update data sehingga distribusi Bansos tidak salah sasaran,” kata Donny.
5. Jokowi geram harga gula naik gila-gilaan. Presiden Jokowi curiga dengan harga gula pasir yang tak kunjung turun, padahal impor gula sudah dilakukan. Dia menduga ada mafia pangan yang berupaya memainkan harga demi mendapatkan keuntungan.
Pada ratas di Istana Negara, Jokowi terlihat geram harga gula pasir saat ini mencapai Rp 17.000 hingga Rp 17.500 per kilogram. Padahal, harga eceran tertinggi yang ditetapkan pemerintah di level Rp 12.500 per kilogram. Jokowi curiga ada permainan harga di pasaran.
Selain gula, Jokowi juga menyoroti harga bawang merah yang mengalami kenaikan. Jokowi minta kementerian terkait mencari tahu penyebab tingginya harga komoditas tersebut.
Ketua Umum Asosiasi Petani Tebu Indonesia, Soemitro Samadikoen, mengungkapkan selama ini memang tak ada pengawasan ketat peredaran gula pasir dari pabrik gula dan importir hingga sampai di pedagang pasar.
“Selama ini pengawasan hanya di importir atau pabrik gula. Misalnya importir datangkan gula, lalu setelah DO (delivery order) sudah tidak diawasi lagi, siapa yang pegang DO, gulanya ke mana, siapa yang ambil, dijual berapa, itu tidak dikontrol,” tutur Soemitro,
Pemerintah sendiri menetapkan harga gula dari importir dan pabrik gula dijual dengan harga tertinggi Rp 11.200 per kilogram. Kenyataannya, lantaran tanpa ada pengawasan ketat dalam distribusinya, harganya dikendalikan pemain besar di rantai pasok distribusi gula pasir.
Direktur Operasional dan Pelayanan Publik Bulog Tri Wahyudi Saleh optimis impor gula akan menstabilkan harga di pasaran. Ia menyadari saat ini kenaikan harga gula mencapai Rp 18.000 per kilogram. Ia menargetkan, dengan impor gula harga gula bisa sesuai harga eceran tertinggi, yakni Rp 12.500 per kilogram.
“Insya Allah dalam menjelang Idul Fitri, harga beras dan harga gula dalam kondisi terkendali dan kami berusaha menekan sampai dengan harga eceran tertinggi sekitar Rp 12.500,” katanya, Minggu (17/5).
6. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan meminta warga Jakarta tidak melakukan mudik lokal atau sekadar silaturahmi pada hari raya Idulfitri selama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona. Jangan ada mudik local, yang boleh mudik virtual.
Dia menekankan pihak yang boleh bepergian adalah orang yang karena tugas atau pekerjaannya termasuk dalam 11 sektor mendasar yang diperbolehkan beraktivitas selama PSBB. “Jangan kita membuat kondisi Jabodetabek kembali ke bulan Maret dan membuat usaha yang sudah berjalan selama dua bulan lebih ini jadi sia-sia,” tegasnya.
Anggota Komisi IX DPR Saleh Partaonan Daulay meminta pemerintah pusat dan Pemprov DKI Jakarta jangan bertengkar terus soal mudik lokal versus mudik virtual pada hari raya Idulfitri 1441 H, berkoordinasilah dengan baik, jangan berebut simpati masyarakat di tengah pandemi corona.
Saleh menyampaikan, masyarakat sudah sangat cerdas dan bisa memilah-milah semua tindakan dan kebijakan yang dibuat pemerintah. Ketahuilah, ujarnya, perbedaan kebijakan pemerintah pusat dengan Pemprov DKI Jakarta sudah sering membingungkan masyarakat. Perbedaan itu bukan hanya soal cara pandang, tetapi soal aturan yang diterapkan.
07. Menko PMK Muhadjir Effendy menegaskan, pemerintah tengah menyiapkan aturan tegas mengenai shalat Idul Fitri. Namun dia mengingatkan masyarakat agar tidak mudik, karena larangan mudik tetap diberlakukan.
Muhadjir juga mengatakan, pemerintah tengah mempertimbangkan pengurangan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di sektor transportasi lantaran dinilai perkembangan kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia mulai melandai. Kendati demikian, pengurangan PSBB tidak dapat diartikan sebagai pelonggaran.
Ia mengingatkan, protokol kesehatan harus tetap dijalankan, bahkan diperketat. Menurut dia, skenario pengurangan pembatasan sosial yang disiapkan pemerintah disertai dengan pengawasan ketat, dengan melibatkan TNI/Polri.
PP Muhammadiyah berharap, shalat Idul Fitri 1441 Hijriah di lapangan atau di masjid sebaiknya ditiadakan apabila belum ada kepastian dari pemerintah bahwa Indonesia telah bebas dari pandemi virus corona.
“Apabila pada tanggal 1 Syawal 1441 Hijriah keadaan negeri Indonesia belum dinyatakan bebas dari pandemi Covid-19 dan aman untuk berkumpul orang banyak, maka Shalat Idul Fitri di lapangan sebaiknya ditiadakan,” tegas Ketua Umum PP Muhammadidyah Haedar Nashir dalam surat edaran yang diterbitkan, kemarin.
Pakar epidemiologi dari Universitas Airlangga, Laura Navika Yamani, tak setuju dengan langkah pemerintah lakukan uji coba pengurangan pembatasan sosial di sektor transportasi, karena kurva kasus corona di Indonesia belum melandai.
Menurut Laura, uji coba pengurangan pembatasan sosial di sektor transportasi itu harus diperjelas. Dia tak ingin insiden penumpukan penumpang di Bandara Soetta beberapa waktu lalu terulang.
“Kalau menurut saya gini ya, kalau kebijakan itu diberlakukan sekarang, saya nggak setuju, karena grafik Indonesia masih belum landai, artinya masih terus ada kenaikan kasus,” kata Laura, Minggu (17/5).
08. Sekjen MUI Anwar Abbas MUI menyebut pemerintah ambivalensi dalam menangani wabah Covid-19. Di satu sisi, pemerintah dengan tegas mencegah orang berkumpul di masjid untuk melaksanakan shalat Jumat dan shalat berjamaah. Tapi, di sisi lain, pemerintah tidak mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap masyarakat yang berkumpul di pasar, pusat perbelanjaan, hingga bandara.
“Yang menjadi pertanyaan, mengapa pemerintah hanya tegas melarang orang untuk berkumpul di masjid, tapi tidak tegas dan keras menghadapi orang-orang yang berkumpul di pasar, mal, bandara, kantor, dan pabrik,’’ kata Anwar Abbas, Minggu (17/5).
09. Pemprov Jatim mengeluarkan surat yang membolehkan salat berjemaah pada ramadan dan Idulfitri di masjid, salah satunya masjid terbesar di Surabaya, yakni Masjid Al Akbar. Padahal kasus positif virus corona di Jatim terus bertambah. Surat bernomor 551/7809/012/2020 tentang aturan Kaifiat Takbir dan Salat Idul Fitri yang ditandatangani Sekdaprov Jatim, Heru Tjahjono.
Gubernur Jatim Khofifaf Indar Parawansa menjelaskan alasan pemprovnya mengizinkan Masjid Nasional Al Akbar menggelar salat berjemaah, termasuk salat Idulfitri 1441 Hijriah. Khofifah mengaku berpegang pada aturan PSPB yang dibuatnya.
“Pada posisi seperti ini kembali ke pada Peraturan Gubernur. Sesungguhnya pada saat PSBB, ada proses pembatasan, saya ingin menyampaikan pembatasan, bukan pelarangan, bukan penghentian,” kata Khofifah dalam konferensi pers virtual, Sabtu (16/5) malam.
Wakil Ketua Majelis Kehormatan Etik Kedokteran (MKEK) Pengurus Besar Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (PB IDI), Pukovisa Prawiroharjo menyarankan Pemprov Jatim membatalkan izin menggelar Salat Idufitri 1441 Hijriah berjamaah di masjid saat pandemi virus corona.
Pukovisa minta Pemprov Jatim tak buru-buru mengambil keputusan yang berpotensi terjadi pengumpulan massa dalam jumlah besar saat pandemi corona. Ia meminta Pemprov Jatim lebih fokus memutus rantai penularan virus corona di wilayah tersebut ketimbang membuat kebijakan yang berpotensi menyebarkan virus.
10. Mantan Wakil Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia, Denny Indrayana, menilai RUU Pemasyarakatan berpotensi obral remisi bagi narapidana kasus korupsi. Pembahasan RUU tersebut kembali disepakati dalam rapat paripurna DPR April lalu setelah sempat ditunda pada 2019.
“Jika RUU Pemasyarakatan ini berhasil lolos, potensi obral remisi dan hak-hak napi lainnya, khususnya napi korupsi,” ujar Denny, Minggu (17/5).
Mantan Wakil Ketua KPK Laode M Syarif menyebut, banyak poin yang bermasalah dalam revisi Undang-undang Pemasyarakatan. Salah satunya ketentuan yang memudahkan pembebasan bersyarat untuk narapidana kategori kejahatan luar biasa seperti napi korupsi. “Kalau saya lihat, poin itu cenderung melayani koruptor,” kata Laode, Minggu (17/5).
Menurut Laode, keberadaan aturan tersebut secara tidak langsung meniadakan PP No. 99 Tahun 2012 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Hak Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan. PP tersebut mengatur tentang syarat rekomendasi dari aparat penegak hukum yang selama ini memberatkan pemberian pembebasan bersyarat bagi napi korupsi.
Peneliti Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW), Kurnia Ramadhana mencurigai pembahasan RUU Permasyarakatan di tengah pandemi virus corona. Momentumnya tidak tepat. Di tengah isu pandemi corona, harusnya DPR membuat program legislasi yang berkaitan dengan isu kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia.
Tapi alih-alih membahas aturan terkait kesehatan, DPR justru membahas sejumlah RUU yang tak relevan. Mulai dari RUU Kitab UU Hukum Pidana, RUU Cipta Kerja, RUU Mahkamah Konstitusi, termasuk RUU Permasyarakatan.
11. Pemerintah menyiapkan skenario jika pandemi virus corona tidak mereda di sejumlah daerah dalam waktu dua sampai tiga bulan ke depan. Deputi V Kantor Staf Presiden (KSP) Jaleswari Pramodharwardani menjelaskan, skenario ini meliputi upaya mitigasi demi menekan penyebaran virus corona, terutama di wilayah timur Indonesia. Wilayah ini yakni Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Selatan, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), dan Maluku.
Jaleswari menuturkan, prioritas saat ini adalah mengantisipasi transmisi lokal dari para pemudik serta memutus rantai penularan dari orang yang berstatus Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) dan Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP).
12. Peneliti LSI Denny JA, Ikrama Masolman mengingatkan semua pihak untuk mewaspadai datangnya gelombang kedua penyebaran Covid-19 bila pemerintah kembali menggulirkan aktivitas ekonomi di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Ia menyampaikan hal itu dengan berkaca pada penyebaran flu Spanyol — yang lebih berbahaya dari Covid-19 — gelombang kedua pandemi tersebut pada 1918 lalu.
“Flu Spanyol tahun 1918 menjadi pengalaman bahwa gelombang kedua pandemi lebih berbahaya dan mematikan maka tetaplah waspada di era new normal, tidak menyebabkan datangnya gelombang kedua,’’ kata Ikram dalam konferensi pers, Sabtu (16/5).

Kami juga siap untuk berkoordinasi dengan lembaga pemerintah terkait, untuk memastikan implementasi program oleh Skill Academy by Ruangguru dilaksanakan sejalan dengan peraturan dan hukum yang berlaku,” ujar Iman, Minggu (17/5).

“Satgas TPPO Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri telah lakukan gelar perkara dan simpulkan 3 agen ABK tersebut jadi tersangka TPPO. Mereka bermodus menjanjikan gaji, penempatan kerja, dan waktu kerja tidak sesuai,” tegas Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Minggu (17/5).
Sebelumnya Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri memeriksa 14 ABK WNI di Kapal Long Xing 629 untuk dimasukkan dalam berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP). Kasubdit III Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri Kombes John W Hutagalung menuturkan, pemeriksaan rampung pada Rabu (13/5/2020) malam. Alat bukti yang ditemukan adalah dokumen surat dan petunjuk persesuaian antara dokumen dan keterangan saksi.

“Kami selaku rakyat meminta DPR dan Presiden hadir dalam persidangan dan tidak boleh mangkir serta harus sudah mempersiapkan materi penjelasan atas berlakunya Perppu Corona. Rakyat harus diberi penjelasan alasan diterbitkannya perppu tersebut yang di dalamnya, tepatnya pada Pasal 27, terdapat kekebalan absolut bagi pejabat keuangan,” kata Boyamin, Sabtu (16/5).
Kuasa hukum Amien Rais selaku pemohon uji materi Perppu Nomor 1 Tahun 2020, Ahmad Yani, memastikan kliennya akan mengajukan gugatan baru jika permohonannya ditolak MK.
Yani mengatakan, gugatan baru akan dilayangkan jika undang-undang itu secara resmi telah dicatatkan dalam Lembaran Negara. “Kami akan mengajukan gugatan baru, tetapi gugatan kami bukan lagi kepada perppu tetapi pada undang-undangnya,” kata Yani.
