TEORI BABI (B2)
‘ditarik maju…. didorong mundur’
Sejak kecil, saya sudah akrab dengan babi, selain ada beberapa ekor dipelihara orang tua, juga Ibu saya pernah jualan pinahan lobu ini, utk nambah penghasilan, karena bapa hanya seorang Guru SD. Kedekatan dengan pinahan lobu (babi) memberi inspirasi yaitu Teori Babi yang kadang pas dalam pertarungan politik. Ada orang kalau didorong utk jadi Caleg… he he tidak mau. Pas dibilangin…. ga cocok kau jadi caleg, udh tampang jelek dan bokek lagi, eeeh… semua assetnya dijual, caleg dia dan ternyata menang. Kalau sedikit belagu, pura pura ga mau, pakailah teori Babi. Di dunia pacaran pun teori itu bisa dipakai.
Saat ini babi menjadi topik utama, malah lae Togu Simorangkir menggagas festival babi di muara, Tapanuli Utara. Saya tidak paham makna apa dibenak lae kita yg popuker ini, yang jelas gagasan itu lahir sebagai respon pada ide Gubsu utk menerapkan wisata halal di kawasan danau toba. Sedetail apa gagasan pak Gubsu, saya tidak paham…. yang jelas respon masyarakat pada sebuah kebijakan adalah hal yang biasa dalam keseharian.

Wisata halal tentunya adalah sebuah wisata berdimensi atau bersifat Islami, sangat arrogan jika diterapkan di kawasan danau toba yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Kristen. Celung pasar yang disampaikan oleh Kadis Pariwisata Sumut, tidak mampu meredakan penolakan terhadap gagasan Sang Gubernur. Apakah itu agenda strategis Gubernur atau ada maksud lain? perlu Kehati hatian merespon, jangan terlalu tekstual atau literatif.
Sebenarnya Danau Toba telah dimiliki oleh Pemerintah pusat beserta kaum land lord disekitarnya. Parkiran kenderaan saja di Geosite Hutaginjang…. harus meminjam lahan seorang politisi beken yang dia memiliki 15 Ha di Hutaginjang, Muara Tapanuli Utara. Dibawah Geosite, ada seorang mantan pejabat teras Sumut yang memiliki lahan seluas 5 Ha. Di tempat lain juga begitu, seperti di Porsea…. kalangan Land Lord sudah menguasai banyak pinggiran danau toba. Malah, tanah timbul di kampung saya, tidak diijinkan disertifikasi karena itu hak Pemda katanya, padahal rakyat sudah mengolah itu sejak puluhan tahun lalu.
Tata kelola danau toba sudah dikendlaikan Jakarta melalui BODT, pinggiran danau sudah dikuasai kalangan Land Lord, sejatinya masyarakat hanyalah penonton dan penikmat. Sebagai destinasi wisata, Anggaranpun digelontor lewat Jakarta…. terus apa fungsi seorang Gubernur? lepas minimnya dukungan pemilih, tetap Gubsu itu adalah Gubernur Sumatera Utara. Beliaulah yang menjadi Kepala Daerah di seluruh Sumatera Utara sesuai dengan Undang Undang Pemerintahan Daerah.

Gubsu berlatar belakang Militer, saya yakin beliau bukanlah tidak paham situasi sosial politik di kawasan danau toba, apalagi beliau mantan Pangdam. Saya melihat, sebagai mantan Pangkostrad, beliau harus memuntahkan peluru utk menyerang pasca aksi demo komunitas GMKI di kantor Gubsu. Kesalahan ada di GMKI dan itu dosanya, karena Gubernur bukanlah pemegang otoritas perijinan TPL dan Aquafarm. Artinya, peluru wisata halal yang ditembakkan Gubernur adalah akibat ulah sekelompok aktivis GMKI Medan, dan mereka harus bertanggungjawab dengan situasi ini.
Dalam posisi saat ini, sebagai mantan serdadu… beliau akan tinggal diam dan didemo hari demi hari, padahal tdk punya otoritas ttg BODT dan sekitarnya yang dikuasai para Landlord. Menantang Pemerintah Pusat bukanlah etika seseorang berlatar militer, ya senjata Wisata Halal lah yang paling geger.

Bagaimana solusinya? Pemerintah Pusat harus turun tangan, sampai sekarang BODT belum menyampaikan sikapnya dengan ide Wisata halal. Sikap Jakarta sangat ditunggu, bagaimanapun seorang Gubernur adalah aparat pusat di daerah….
Dengan segala hormat, festival Babi bukanlah konstruksi perlawanan cerdas, mengingat tingginya suhu politik di Indonesia jelang pelantikan Presiden. Masalah Papua sangat panas dan liar, belum lagi hari ini… Gubernur Maluku mengajak perang pembantu Presiden yaitu Ibu Susi… Menteri KKP. Festival Babi sangat sensitif dan bisa beresonansi ke daerah lain yg sudah terdeteksi sarat kaum intoleran. Apakah pelaksana festival ini bertanggungjawab jika respon kaum intoleran mengganas di daerah lain? jangan kita soor sendiri sementara para keluarga kita teraniaya di daerah lain.
Imajo tusi, kita serahkan pada BODT atau Pemerintah Pusat utk menyelesaikan, masa sih ga percaya sama Presiden Jokowi?. Kita kerja dan kerjalah, masih banyak hal yg sangat urgen dikerjakan di kawasan danau Toba.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She
put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
