Saya ingin ibaratkan Jenderal (Hor) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan (LBP) sebagai penangkal petir. Penangkal petir bagi siapa? Bagi pemerintahan Joko Widodo sejak awal.
Apalagi kalau melihat serangan bertubi-tubi terhadap LBP akhir-akhir ini.
Menangnya Jokowi untuk periode kedua dan bergabungnya Prabowo dalam pemerintahan ini, tidak serta merta membuat badai politik berlalu.
Petir-petir kebencian tetap saja menyambar-nyambar Jokowi tak henti-henti. Tak ada orang yang dikuliti hingga diperiksa ke tulang sumsumnya seperti terhadap Jokowi.
Asal-usulnya diusik, orang tuanya diragukan, dan segala macam fitnahan yang dihamburkan padanya. Sebenarnya tak ada yang baru dari fitnah dan serangan ini.
Pemfitnah Jokowi seperti binatang pemamah biak, fitnah-fitnah ibarat makanan yang sudah ada di dalam perut mereka, kemudian dikeluarkan lagi ke mulutnya untuk dikunyah.
Ambil saja contoh terkini, Jokowi diragukan lulusan UGM, kemudian meminta bukti foto wisuda. Sebelum itu diragukan pula lulus SMA. Ibunda yang baru wafat pun tetap ada yang kelewatan tetap memfitnah.
Jenis fitnah ini tidak lah baru, semuanya sudah mulai membusuk di lambung, dimutahkan ke mulut untuk dikunyah lagi.
Dalam kondisi ini, LBP adalah penangkal petir bagi Jokowi. Karena LBP lah yang pasang badan bagi Jokowi. Tak heran, serangan bertubi-tubi pun berbelok ke LBP. Sebutan “LBP The Real President” adalah cemooh ke LBP dalam bentuk yang halus, hingga hinaan yang paling kasar “di otaknya hanya duit, duit, duit”. Tapi inilah resiko yang harus dihadapi oleh LBP yang memilih posisi sebagai ‘penangkal petir’.
Seperti halnya penangkal petir memang akan lebih tampak, apalagi dilihat dari kejauhan. Kita tidak akan melihat televisi, sound system, kulkas, AC, dan lain-lainnya. Yang terlihat berdiri kokoh adalah penangkal petirnya. Yang bersiap menerima sabaran petir, sekaligus meredamnya agar tidak berhamburan kemana-mana. Tapi kalau kemudian yang terlihat hanya penangkap petir itu disimpulkan isi rumah itu hanya pengkal petir (seperti halnya ‘LBP The Real President’) adalah kesimpulan yang sangat bodoh.
Sebagai seorang prajurit yang siap menjemput segala resiko, serta tempaan pilihan politik yang selalu keras, LBP menjadi sosok yang punya karakter kuat dan loyalitas penuh yang memilih menjadi penangkal petir.
Saat krisis pemerintahan Presiden Gus Dur, LBP memilih bersama Gus Dur hingga di akhirnya. Pilihan sulit ini tak menjelmakannya sebagai orang oportunis dan menggadaikan loyalitasnya. Sejak 2014 hingga 2019, Prabowo Subianto merupakan rival politiknya, tapi saya tak pernah mendengar LBP ikut-ikutan menguliti Prabowo Subianto, atau berbicara negatif tentangnya, meskipun LBP pasti punya buaaanyak informasi itu dan keberanian mengungkapkannya. Berbeda kubu politik, tak menjadikan LBP menyerang secara personal, apalagi bisa menyeret institusi TNI karena kesetiaannya pada Sapta Marga.
LBP adalah sosok prajurit yang memiliki loyalitas penuh dan politisi manusiawi yang jernih. Tak heran, LBP menjadi tokoh kunci dalam pemerintahan Jokowi sejak 2014.
Namun, ‘Sang Penangkal Petir’ itu tetaplah manusiawi biasanya. Seorang Opung yang telah berusia 72 tahun, yang memiliki keluarga, istri, anak-anak, menantu, cucu-cucu dan keluarga besarnya. Apabila serangan itu terkait dengan kebijakannya, LBP masih bisa memaklumi. Tapi serangan Said Didu ini–yang menurut laporan CNN Indonesia tanggal 31 Maret 2015 pernah merangkap 4 jabatan yang kemudian gagal sehingga masuk barisan sakit hati dan nyinyir tiada henti–merupakan serangan personal terhadap LBP.
Kalau kita menonton video itu, Said Didu tidak sedang melalukan kritik pada kebijakan, tapi menjadikannya ruang untuk menyerang LBP secara personal. Kalau LBP tidak membela diri, sama halnya menganggap benar tuduhan itu.
Apalagi kita sudah mafhum dengan barisan sakit hati, yang akan mengulang-ulang kebohongan itu dengan tujuan agar terbentuk opini kebenaran terhadap kebohongan yang tidak dibantah secara solid.
Saya sebenarnya yakin, andai Said Didu mau arif dan jernih, mau klarifikasi dengan iktikad baik, mau minta maaf, LBP akan membuka diri seperti halnya kelapangan jiwa dia menyelesaikan masalah-masalah politik yang jauh lebih pelik sebelumnya.
Tapi Said Didu masih menampilkan dirinya sok jagoan, terkesan menantang-nantang. Mungkin ingin bernasib seperti Buni Yani, Jonru, Ratna Sarumpet dan lain-lainnya yang terus digosok, diprovokasi oleh lingkarannya tapi setelah jadi tersangka, masuk ke pengadilan, lingkarannya mulai balik badan, lari tunggang langgang dan membiarkannya sendirian.
Saya tak berharap berakhir seperti itu.
Sementara LBP seperti halnya penangkal petir, akan menanggung masalah ini secara personal sebagai bagian pilihan menjemput segala resiko.
