KPK DALAM PUSARAN POLITIK

Betulkah KPK sukses memberantas korupsi?
Utk menjawabnya, harus ada indikator yang umum digunakan, yaitu: pertama, Indeks Persepsi Korupsi(IPK). kedua, Rasio antara anggaran lembaga itu dengan jumlah uang negara yang diselamatkan.
Berdasarkan data Litbang Kompas( 2018) IPK Indonesia 2016-2018 adalah: 37 atau peringkat 90( dari 171 negara thn 2016) peringkat 96( dari 181 negara thn2017). Dari sini dapat disimpulkan: Tidak ada perubahan yang membanggakan.
Dari segi rasio anggaran. Anggaran KPK mulai thn 2014- 2018 kurang lebih: RP. 3 triliun. Sedangkan uang negara yang diselamatkan selama 2014-2018 sebesar: Rp. 1,49 Trilun. Kesimpulannya: Negara masih nombok sekitar Rp.1,5 Triliun.
Lalu kenapa publik membanggakan KPK?
Pertama. Masyarakat muak melihat pejabat yang bergelimang harta. Kemudian, KPK menyajikan tontonan: menangkap pejabat yang korup dan mempermalukannya di media. Publik bersorak-sorai, melakukan glorifikasi, puas, seakan ada dendam yang terbalaskan kepada pejabat yang korup. Bawa alam sadar publik menaruh hati kepada KPK: You’ re the our hero! Lama2″kuping” KPK naik!
Kedua. Faktanya, penyelenggara negara kita doyan korupsi.Sementara Lembaga penegak hukum lain, seperti kejaksaan dan kepolisian mandul.Lagi2 KPK di untungkan.Makin “Mengokohkan” KPK sebagai pelipur lara dan pelepas dahaga keadilan bagi rakyat. ” kuping” nya naik lagi. Lama2 dia merasa super, orang suci, tanpa cela.
Politik itu butuh bungkus!
Abab ke 12 ada Filsuf Agama kenamaan di Andalusia.Namanya Ibnu Rusyd( Averos). Dia bilang: ” Bila ingin menguasai orang bodoh, bungkuslah kebatilan dengan agama” perkataan ini masih relevan hingga sekarang.
Saat ini, lembaga yang paling dibela masyarakat itu adalah KPK.Maka bila ingin berkuasa pada tahun 2024, bungkuslah (Niat) dalam pemberantasan korupsi yang dilakukan KPK.
Kebetulan, dua kekuatan politik yang ber ambisi pada pemilu 2024. Satu bisa ” dimatikan” KPK, dan yang satunya lagi bisa dikasih karpet merah oleh KPK. Pada titik inilah lembaga KPK ini menjadi rebutan. Siapa yang menguasai KPK, dia yang akan memenangkan pertarungan. KPK akan menjadi “bungkus” politik yang menarik. Masyarakat tentu akan fokus pada bungkusnya, hingga para politisi itu berhasil menyelundupkan kepentingannya.
Jokowi yang tidak punya kepentingan 2024 menjadi bingung! Dua kekuatan politik ini berlomba menekan Jokowi! Lalu, bagaimana dia harus bersikap? Mudah2 an dia Bijaksana dan tetap konsisten utk Indonesia yang lebih baik.*
